About the API

Value proposition

This API is mostly used by external systems (like Benefits/Time Providers) in a few countries, mostly LATAM, to retrieve some basic employee data. It is sourced from the HR Core System SAPHIR. 

 

Key features

This API works in 2 main modes : Full and Delta. 

If no "last_modified_date" parameter is passed, the API will work in "Full" mode. It will retrieve all employee data with effective dates valid on the current date. In addition, it will automaticaly trigger a second time to retrieve all future hirings or rehirings.

If a "last_modified_date" parameter is passed, the API will work in "Delta" mode. In this case, it will retrieve all employee data with a "Last modification date" equal or more recent than the value passed in the parameter. If no such value is available for the record, then the reference is the first day on which the record becomes active. Future hirings and rehirings are also automaticaly retrieved in this mode. 

 

The "SIRH" parameter is automaticaly filled with the caller's company (IE11)  or company_territory_code (IRL) to filter the retrieved population.
